With unwavering confidence, Tiffany has successfully carried on her father’s legacy. Tiffany continues to transform Eagle Mountain from a deserted valley of dirt 40 miles southwest of Salt Lake City into one of the nation’s fastest-growing cities. Through her development efforts and her visionary skills, Tiffany brought the first gas station, grocery store, and McDonald’s to the city. She continues to master plan her remaining land holdings by selectively, purposefully, and responsibly building and bringing business that supports the local community.
Tiffany’s journey began as a young girl on job sites, gaining a deep understanding of home construction from the ground up. She has overseen the construction of more than 100 homes where she designed residences specifically tailored to meet the lifestyle needs of women.
Fueled by her challenging past, the thrill of pushing boundaries, and her passionate belief in justice, Tiffany believes there is always room for growth. She continues to invest in building Eagle Mountain City, where she is heavily involved in organizing development of infrastructure, roads, stores, parks and utilities, to the resident’s benefit. Currently she is working to expand the existing trail system started by her family to ensure Eagle Mountain remains a coveted destination, while coordinating with the state and local boards to preserve the natural characteristics of the land that enhance the quality of life and visual appeal. Tiffany is building on her father’s legacy to propel Eagle Mountain into a functional, thriving city that residents can be proud of for generations to come.
